Description

This class meets two hours a week for 5 weeks. It is for the first-time parents or those who have not had any formal childbirth preparation. The class covers labor and delivery, anesthesia, medications, exercises and Lamaze techniques. We recommend that you begin your class in your seventh month. Please register as early as possible. You may attend classes regardless of where you are delivering in the MHP system.
