Lemony Dressing For Green Salad Banner

Lemony Dressing For Green Salad

Why anyone would buy salad dressing in a store is a mystery, when making your own is so easy. Cheaper too! Plus you can make it just how you like it. Make a big batch of this salad dressing and your next salad can be ready in just minutes.

KITCHEN GEAR:
Glass container with lid
Large knife
Small knife
Salad bowl
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, or red wine vinegar
3/4 cups olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.

1.    To make the dressing, put the water, mustard, and lemon juice in the jar, then put the lid on tightly and shake well.
2.    Take off the lid and add the olive oil. Put the lid back on and shake until the dressing is smooth and all one color.
3.    Add salt and pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator up to one month.
