Not all sandwiches have bread. This refreshing summer treat is great for snacking after a long day of playing outside.
4 thin slices of watermelon, rind removed
4 tablespoons crumbled goat or feta cheese or Greek yogurt (regular yogurt isn't thick enough)
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
- Put 2 of the watermelon slices on the plate.
- Top each slice with 2 tablespoons of the cheese, then put the 2 slices together and serve right away.
