On January 1, 2012, Defiance Clinic joined Mercy and became Mercy Defiance Clinic, a move that creates new opportunities to work together as one integrated system and jointly become a stronger provider of healthcare services for Northwest Ohio. Defiance Clinic’s satellite office in Napoleon has become Mercy Napoleon Clinic.

Mercy Defiance Clinic and Mercy Defiance Hospital are located on one campus and share numerous ancillary services. The campus includes the medical office building, the hospital, and the Mercy Sleep Disorders Center.
