Sometimes it seems that Americans are fighting a losing battle with their ever-expanding waistlines.  for many, the struggle with obesity can be traced to consuming too much sugar.  The average American takes in 200-400% more sugar than recommended each day, much of it coming from the number one source of added sugar in our diets - sodas.  diet sodas are loaded with slats, sugar substitutes and artificial flavoring.  Instead of drinking a diet soda, here are some healthier alternatives to "liquid candy."

Recommendations:
  • Natural flavored juices
  • Italian soda
  • Used flavored Stirrings®

  • Brewed Teas
