Heart & Vascular Center
Mercy believes that your spiritual well-being contributes to your overall physical health. The Pastoral Care Department provides the services of professional chaplins who represent a variety of religions, cultural, social and age groups. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families. A Catholic priest is available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation (confession) and the Annointing of the Sick. Eucharistic ministers will bring daily Holy Communication to Catholic patients.Learn more about our Pastoral Care Department
Catholic Mass is celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Chapel weekdays at 12 Noon, Saturday at 4:00 pm and Sunday at 12 Noon. All Masses are telecast on Channel 59. The Chapel is located on the second floor of Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Persons of all faiths are welcome to visit.
The Chapel provides a beautiful, spacious setting for prayer and reflection. It is open from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily for individuals of all faiths to stop and pray.
Interfaith Mediation Rooms
There are two interfaith Mediation Rooms that are open to all persons. One is located on the third floor of the Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, directly above the Immaculate Conception Chapel. The other is on the main floor of the Mercy Heart & Vascular Center.
