Exercise Key to Remaining Independent

separator Researchers have found that even people who exercise regularly lose their aerobic capacity as they age, according to a recent study. But the study also shows that older people who exercise regularly are less likely to become weak and fragile, which means they’re more likely to remain independent.

If you don’t exercise, daily activities such as making your bed and climbing the stairs become very difficult and make you tired. The key to avoiding this type of frailty is exercise.
