Breastfeeding/Lactation Services

Having a baby is an exciting time! At Mercy, we work with Mom to help her through the newness of feeding baby making sure that all her questions are answered. Moms will receive one-on-one consultation and assistance from trained obstetric nurses and if needed a board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). In addition to in-hospital education, Moms can schedule a follow-up consultation visit to make sure all is going well.
