Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients
¼ cup plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt
½ cup whole milk
½ cup canned apricots, packed in heavy syrup
1 tablespoon honey

Directions
Blend ingredients to desired consistency and chill well before serving.

Makes one serving, with 280 calories and 8 grams of protein.
