No-bake Peanut Butter Treats
This dessert will come in handy at Halloween.
½ cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened apple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup raisins
4 2-inch graham cracker squares, crushed
½ cup cornflake cereal
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, apple juice, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Stir in raisins, graham crackers and cereal.
2. Roll mixture into 1½-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour, then roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat. Store in tightly covered cookie tin in refrigerator. Will stay fresh for 3 to 4 days.
