Looking out on a soothing, park-like landscape the Mercy Family Birthing Center at St. Charles features twelve private home-like birthing suites where Moms stay from labor through delivery and until its time to go home.   Each room includes a sleeper chair for an overnight guest and is spacious enough to make it possible for other family members, such as siblings and grandparents, to be on hand to welcome the new arrival.

A whirlpool is available for pain management during labor.
