If your insurance company requires that you get a referral from your physician please make sure that your physician gives you that referral or calls our office at 1-866-935-5393 at least one day prior to your appointment. Contact your insurance company or consult your plan participant handbook to determine if you need a referral to receive services at the Mercy Eye Center.
