Mercy Women's Care
At Mercy Women’s Care, we offer 3D mammography (screening and diagnostic), Breast Ultrasound (diagnostics, cyst aspiration, and core biopsy), Pelvic Ultrasounds, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy and Wire Localization, as well as other services for women.

Mercy is the first in the area to achieve Breast Center Accreditation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers.  Receiving care at a NAPBC-accredited center ensures you have access to comprehensive care, including a full range of state-of-the art services.  It insures a multidisciplinary team approach to coordinate the best treatment options and makes available to you information about ongoing clinical trials and new treatment options.  All this means quality breast care closer to home!

Mercy 3D Breast Mammography
Mercy is the first and only system in our region to offer 3D mammography, the newest and most advanced technology in breast imaging. As the only local breast center accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, Mercy believes it is important to provide women with access to the latest advances in medical technology. We are the first to provide women a preferred 3D option that improves breast cancer detection and reduces false positives.

Breastfeeding/Lactation Services
At Mercy, we work with Mom to help her through the newness of feeding baby making sure that all her questions are answered. Moms will receive one-on-one consultation and assistance from trained obstetric nurses and if needed a board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC).

Maternal Fetal Medicine
Specialized care for expectant mothers and their babies. Our MFM’s work hand-in-hand with your obstetrician to develop a plan of care tailored to your personal needs and medical history.

Mercy Heart & Vascular Services
Only 13% of women consider heart disease their greatest health risk, yet it kills more women every year than the next seven causes of death combined - including cancer. The women's heart experts at Mercy need you to know women's hearts are also physically different than men's, particularly the biology of the arteries that provide blood flow to the heart.  These differences can make diagnosing heart disease, and heart attacks, in women difficult.  This is why Mercy provides specialized expertise in treating women's hearts. Mercy ER teams are trained to recognize and diagnose heart attack symptoms in women. When you experience warning signs, call 911 or get immediately to one of the Mercy accredited Chest Pain Centers .

Mercy has an experienced team of surgeons, physicians and nurses at the Mercy Heart & Vascular Center. Mercy's experienced teams utilize the most advanced technologies and procedural techniques, including minimally invasive robotic surgery, to provide local access to the finest cardiac care.

Mercy Cancer Center
Mercy's dedicated cancer doctors help diagnose, treat, and educate you on the unique characteristics involved in women's cancer treatment Women's Cancer Services.

Mercy Robotic Services
If you have been diagnosed with a condition affecting your uterus or other reproductive organs your doctor may recommend surgery. Traditionally surgeons have had the option of taking a traditional open abdominal surgical approach or a laparoscopic approach. Surgeons performing Robotic Surgery at St. V's are able to use the preferred daVinci® Surgical System approach to treat your gynecologic condition.

Women's Health Physical Therapy Programs
The Women’s Health Therapists at Mercy understand the many physical and emotional issues women face as their bodies change throughout life. While the stages and changes of the female body are natural, there may be times when a woman needs extra help to cope with some of these changes. The problems associated with pregnancy and women’s health can be alleviated or improved with physical therapy.
